Hey everyone,

My name is Ash Dudney and I am the 50% co-owner of Orange Blossom Trading Co. Unfortunately, while perhaps legally inadvisable, I feel obligated to speak out regarding what happened to our space at 1702 Nebraska in West Ybor and where the business currently stands. Due to the legal concerns, I will do my best to keep this brief & to the essentials.

For starters, Chelsea decided to leave business on her own accord after a disagreement over business management. There has never been a "safety concern" or "incident" at the property under our management.

In the days following, Chelsea proceeded to lock me out of all social accounts, email accounts, and bank accounts. She unilaterally announced the closure of business at 1702 Nebraska (which is not accurate) and proceeded to dismantle and/or destroy not only business assets, but also property and personal assets (ranging from defacing the decals on the doors & windows, to sabotaging the plumbing/toilet, to even destroying a personal pair of my custom boots with a blade). She continues to autonomously operate & promote the brand despite her not being the sole owner.

Unfortunately, while I have been legally recommended to maintain silence while this process plays out, I feel obligated to communicate the reality of what is happening with the Orange Blossom brand to my fellow small business owners & affiliates. This business is massively in debt and is facing serious legal matters, and I strongly recommend you avoid the company entirely.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please respond via email and I will do my absolute best to help out.

Take care

---Ash Dudney
